Terrorist Act Kills Black Sea Naval Officer in Sevastopol

A high-ranking Russian Black Sea naval officer was killed by an IED which was planted in his automobile. According to two Nov. 13 entries on the Telegram channel Mash, reported News.ru, the victim was the chief of staff of the 41st brigade of missile ships and boats of the Black Sea Fleet Captain 1st Rank Valery T. He lost his legs in the explosion, and was not killed immediately, but died soon afterward.
