A rain of missiles hit Ukraine on Nov. 26, perhaps as the response promised by Russia’s Ministry of Defense in its reply to the latest ATACMS attack on Russia. According to war correspondents, the targets were all military facilities.
One of the flights was to the Starokostiantyniv airfield (Khmelnytsky region). Moreover, the attack was so swift that the city did not even have time to declare an air raid alarm. This airfield was planned to be used as one of the bases for American F-16 fighters, and new concrete bunkers had been built there last year for this purpose. Su-24Ms were also based here. The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) redesigned the suspension equipment so that the Su-24Ms could be carriers of British-French long-range Storm Shadow missiles.
Another attack hit the port of Odessa, through which Western arms and ammunition are transported. There were also several explosions in Kiev, targeting drone production facilities and equipment. Other blasts hit targets in the Rivne and the Ternopil region. A base for Latin American mercenaries was also hit.
