Newsweek, yesterday, obtained an Oct. 28 letter signed by Representatives Joe Wilson of South Carolina and Steve Cohen of Tennessee, the co-chairman of the U.S. Congressional Helsinki Commission (aka the Commission on the OSCE), calling on Biden “to grant Poland the authority to intercept and neutralize missiles over Ukraine, particularly those threatening to encroach upon Polish airspace.”
