Zepp-LaRouche Comments on German Situation for CGTN Radio

Helga Zepp-LaRouche was interviewed on Nov. 13 on CGTN’s radio program The World Today, segment 3 “Germany Heads for February Snap Election. What’s at Stake?” (24:54) on the political crisis in Germany. She explained the need for the German government to abandon the war policy forced upon it by NATO and lamented the loss of the nation’s sovereignty. She also remarked on the flaws of the parliamentary system, which didn’t allow a government to remain in power long enough to implement a stable policy. She reported the devastation being wrought by the effects of the war, where German politicians were willing to spend billions on the military while cutting back on necessary spending for the population on things like education. Zepp-LaRouche said she hoped for a situation in which a German government would finally see the need for aligning with the BRICS in order to begin rebuilding the German economy.
