At a German-Ukrainian economic conference in Berlin earlier this week, German Economic Minister Robert Habeck (Greens) not only was full of praise for the Ukrainian economy, advertising increased German investments there. He also said that if Ukraine had more wind power installations, it would be less exposed to Russian air attacks than with conventional power plants: “You would have to target 40 wind power facilities 40 times, and they are not that easy to hit.” Is that advice also intended to inform Germany’s future military “resilience” against Russia?
