France’s Le Pen Believes Trump Will Get Russia and Ukraine To Negotiate

Marine Le Pen, the leader of France’s National Rally parliamentary faction, believes that as U.S. President Donald Trump can get Russia and Ukraine to the negotiating table, even though the West is pushing Ukraine to continue the war. “This war will end,” she told Spain’s El País daily, according to TASS. “I said it from the beginning: Ukraine cannot win this conflict. We are pushing it to continue the war. The only way for Ukraine to win would be for NATO to intervene, and that would be World War III.”
