Spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova yesterday denounced the escalating campaign of the collective West to “cleanse media space of any undesirable information sources.”
Under this campaign, begun in May 2024, Zakharova declared, “every country of the European Union has blocked Telegram channels of Russian broadcasters, including RIA Novosti (https://t.me/rian_ru), Izvestia (https://t.me/izvestia), RT (https://t.me/rtnews), Rossiyskaya Gazeta (https://t.me/rgrunews), Channel One (https://t.me/news_1tv), Rossiya 1 (https://t.me/tvrussia1) and NTV (https://t.me/ntvnews).”
