Col. Richard H. Black (ret.), former head of the Pentagon’s Criminal Law Division, was interviewed by TASS on Jan. 22. He said that Trump “knows what must be done and how to achieve it,” and that he “assumes office as a far more powerful President than he was in 2016,” with majority support in the Supreme Court, the House and the Senate. He noted that Trump’s comeback was so dramatic that “Biden used his final days in office to issue pardons to his family members for any crimes they may have committed.”
