Retired Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg, President-elect Donald Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine, was planning to travel to Kiev prior to Trump’s Jan. 20 inauguration, but that trip has now been cancelled. Kellogg is now expected to travel to Ukraine after Trump takes office, though no date has been set, the sources said, Reuters reported on January 6. Reuters added that it was not immediately clear why Kellogg was delaying the trip.
