In a Fox News interview on Jan. 8, Trump’s special envoy to Ukraine, Gen. Keith Kellogg, echoed Trump’s Jan. 7 comments regarding an anticipated Trump policy regarding Ukraine.
Trump “wants this war to end,” Kellogg said. “He’s committed to it.” When you look at the casualties, “this is a war that needs to end.” Kellogg also claimed that Trump is “not trying to give something to Putin or to the Russians. He’s actually trying to save Ukraine and save their sovereignty.”
