For the first time, a Likud minister in the Netanyahu government has called the plan to displace 2 million Palestinians from Gaza what it is: a “deportation plan” to forcibly remove them. Far-right Likud Communications Minister Shlomo Karhi called the effort a “deportation plan” in a tweet in which he castigated Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara for allegedly asking that she be consulted in order to determine the initiative’s legality, reported the Times of Israel.
