The press bureau of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service reports that according to the information it has, Kiev is considering a scenario to derail potential peace talks by carrying out terrorist attacks against Russia’s diplomatic offices in European countries. Ukraine will most likely focus on Germany, the Baltic states and Scandinavia. It is a fact that cooperation among these states and Russia is currently at the lowest level in the EU, with contacts between their counterterrorism agencies all but curtailed.
