Trump Envoy Reportedly About To Brief Europeans on Trump's Peace Plan for Ukraine

Keith Kellogg, President Donald Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine, is expected to present a long-awaited plan to end Russia’s so-called war on Ukraine during the Munich Security Conference in Germany next week, Bloomberg reported yesterday, citing unnamed “people familiar with the matter.” Elements of the plan reportedly include potentially freezing the conflict and leaving territory occupied by Russian forces in limbo while providing Ukraine with security guarantees to ensure that Moscow can’t attack again. Kellogg will reportedly be traveling to Kiev the following week.

Kellogg told Newsmax that he’ll be having discussions with European leaders on his trip to Munich and then report back to the President. However, Trump will be the one unveiling the plan publicly.

It’s likely no coincidence then that U.K. Foreign Secretary David Lammy was in Kiev yesterday pushing the “100 year partnership” signed by U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelenskyy last month. “Our support for Ukraine remains unbreakable,” Lammy said, according to a statement by Britain’s Foreign Office. “We are determined to put Ukraine in the strongest possible position, both in its fight against Russia and beyond, with our long-term relationship cemented by the 100 Year Partnership.”
