Hungary's Orbán Rallies Country Against Brussels' War Drive, Destruction of Sovereignty

March 15, 2025 (EIRNS)—Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán seized the offensive against the Anglo-American destabilizations of elected governments and its drive for warfare. First, he posted today a call for Europe “remove corrupt lobbyists” from the European Parliament and to “expel Soros agents” from the European Commission. He called out Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk as an example of a “Soros agent” and called instead for “peace, freedom, and unity” and for European countries to stand for “a Union, but without Ukraine.”

RT reported that Orbán’s demands included “protecting Europe’s Christian heritage, banning ‘the unnatural re-education of children,’ eliminating debt, and establishing equality before the law for all members of the bloc.” The EU has frozen billions of euros intended for Hungary, calling Budapest’s child protection regulations that ban LGBTQ topics from being directed at children a violation of fundamental human rights.
