Death stalks Gaza. The summary at the top of Al Jazeera’s live update page this morning says as much.
“New video evidence has emerged showing Israeli forces firing on clearly identifiable ambulances in an attack that killed 15 medics and humanitarian workers in Gaza.
“At least 10 Palestinians have been killed this morning as Israeli raids continue to pound Khan Younis in south Gaza.
“At least 100 Palestinian children have been killed or injured each day in Gaza since Israel broke the ceasefire on March 18, the head of UNRWA said.
“Gaza’s Health Ministry says at least 50,669 Palestinians are confirmed dead and 115,225 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza. The Government Media Office updated its death toll to more than 61,700, saying thousands of people missing under the rubble are presumed dead.”
