As noted in all major media across the U.S., millions of people took to the streets on April 5 to participate in demonstrations against U.S. President Donald Trump and Elon Musk, Senior Advisor to the President and head of Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
The protests and marches were planned by the “Hands Off!” organization for all 50 states to take place on April 5. “Hands Off!” includes a coalition of unions, community action groups and peace activists. On their website, they advocate peaceful non-violence for their protests and demonstrations.
