Two of five trucks that were allowed to enter the Gaza Strip on May 19, were loaded with burial shrouds donated by an Arab state through the United Nations, rather than food, the head of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor said, Jordan Daily reported on May 20. “This is not humanitarian aid; it is preparation for mass death. Gaza is being buried, not fed,” Ramy Abdu, president of the Geneva-based rights organization, commented, in a statement reported by Jordan Daily.
