Gen. Fabio Mini Reveals, the Europeans Are Mentally Masturbating

In an [interview with Italian vlogger Giacomo Gabellini](hw_dungeonsleep100c_h_en_100), former KFOR commander, Italian Gen. Fabio Mini (ret.) ridiculed the European attempts at sabotaging the U.S.-Russia dialogue.

“There is a political sense of perverse nature” in what the “Coalition of the Willing” is doing. “They say that the U.S. wants to withdraw from Europe, but that is not the case. They want the U.S. to leave, in order to replace them and grab Ukraine,” Mini said.

One of the motivations for the current rearmament is “Reassurance.” “This word was a mantra under the Cold War, and it is interestingly re-emerging now. ‘Reassurance‘ was more than ‘deterrence,’ as the latter was towards the enemy, whereas the former was towards NATO members. The idea was that NATO was necessary to ‘reassure‘ Europe that the Soviet Union would never attack them. Now, the Coalition of the Willing promise ‘reassurance.’ Well, no European country ever felt reassured. Reassurance has never worked.”

The Coalition of the Willing want to pull the rug out from under the U.S.-Russian talks, which despite difficulties, are proceeding. Currently, the “technicians” speak to each other, to address “details” as Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov has said. “Details are in reality Rocks,” and it will be a hard negotiation. You cannot speak yet of “success,” but at the same time the dialogue is not failing.
