U.S. AFRICOM Convenes African Military Leaders in Nairobi To 'Discuss' African Security Needs

The U.S. Africa Command (U.S. AFRICOM) will provide “leadership” to Africa’s military leaders at the 2025 African Chiefs of Defense Conference in Nairobi, Kenya. The conference, convened by AFRICOM, begins Wednesday, May 28. Last year’s conference was held in Botswana.

Brig. Gen. George Dietrich, the AFRICOM Director of Logistics, gave an interview to the Nairobi-based newspaper, The EastAfrican, published May 26, in which he made clear that the U.S. is interested in Africa in order to maintain the unipolar world disorder.
