WHO Reports, Sudan Has the Worst Displacement Crisis in The World

According to the May 27 report from the World Health Organization, there are 14.5 million people displaced from the more than two years of conflict in Sudan. There are also 30.4 million people in need of aid in the surrounding area, which some say makes it the largest documented humanitarian crisis in history. Food insecurity is widespread and millions face starvation. Nearly 4 million refugees have fled to neighboring countries, including Egypt, South Sudan, Chad, Ethiopia, Libya, Central African Republic, and others. 200,000 people have fled from Sudan to South Sudan in just the three months from January to March.
