New MI6 Chief Is the Granddaughter of a Major Nazi Spy Chief

Blaise Metreweli has been appointed the new Chief of MI6, the Secret Intelligence Service, Britain’s foreign intelligence organization. Metreweli is the granddaughter of Constantine Dobrowolski, a Ukrainian who had deserted the Red Army to become a major Nazi informant in the Chernihiv region of Ukraine. The Daily Mail of June 27 revealed that Dobrowolski was known as “the Butcher” or “Agent No. 30” by the Wehrmacht.

The Daily Mail also indicates reports that say that Nazi spy chief had a 50,000-ruble bounty placed on him by Soviet leaders, and was dubbed the “worst enemy of the Ukrainian people.” Dobrowolski also admitted that he took part in a massacre of Jewish people near Kyiv. Daily Mail also reports accounts of him looting the bodies of Holocaust victims and laughing at the sexual assault of female prisoners.

MI6 has replied to the revelations by saying: “It is precisely this complex heritage which has contributed to her commitment to prevent conflict and protect the British public from modern threats from today’s hostile states.”
