Senior Greenie Claims Knowing About Alleged Russian Sabotage in Germany

Konstantin von Notz, deputy leader of the Green parliamentary group, told the Rheinische Post newspaper: “So-called ‘disposable or single-use agents’ have long played a decisive role in a wide variety of Russian operations…. Secret services recruit people without intelligence service training for sabotage operations in return for payment. The fact that they are often exposed is part of the calculation.” As in other claims brought up in the context of Russia-scare, evidence is missing here in Notz’s claims. But the drum is being beaten for more control, denunciation and punishment of “Russian agents” in the tradition of Joe McCarthy.
