Don't Let Them Wiggle Out of This One; Justice Must Be Served

Connecticut Congressman Jim Himes (D-CT), when asked on “Face the Nation” about DNI Gabbard’s announcement that she is referring members of the Obama administration (including the former President), for prosecution for “treasonist conspiracy,” said: “We’re going to prosecute Barack Obama, you know, ‘treasonist and seditious.’ Here’s the thing, and I hope that four, five, six weeks from now—don’t take it from this Democrat—four, five, six weeks from now, let’s see if this administration, Tulsi Gabbard, accuses a former President of treason. Let’s see if they bring charges. They won’t. They won’t, because there’s not a judge in the land, not a single judge who will treat this with anything other than laughter that will be heard from the Atlantic to the Pacific in this country. So the test of this is, four, five, six weeks from now, is the DOJ bringing charges? And the answer to that is no.”

Our job is to prove him wrong, and our survival depends on it.

The vast majority of the world’s population, including emphatically in the nations led by deranged criminals who are perpetrating murderous crimes, are tired of war. They are sickened by the horrific images of children starving or being bombed in their tents in Gaza; they ache for the family members of the 1.2 million-plus Ukrainian soldiers who were sent to die in NATO’s meatgrinder war against Russia, but in response to Gabbard’s devastating report, backed up by over 100 pages of evidence, most of them say, “No one will be held accountable.”

On the face of it, it appears that that is true. Tony Blair is still running free, after the damning findings of the Chilcot Inquiry. Nancy Pelosi said that she didn’t think President Bush should have been impeached for lying about Iraq’s WMD, even though over 1 million Iraqis and several thousand Americans died for no reason. Bibi Netanyahu has not been arrested, and the list goes on. We could add that Lyndon LaRouche, America’s most brilliant son, has not yet been exonerated.

Somehow, despite all this evil, our planet now has over 8 billion people living on it, and could easily sustain triple that number, if every village had access to electricity, clean drinking water, adequate nutrition, a decent hospital, and good education. By eradicating extreme poverty, China has already demonstrated that this is possible.

Why aren’t we doing it?

Lyndon LaRouche used to talk about whether mankind has the “moral fitness to survive.”

How our nation responds to what DNI Gabbard has brought forward will be a crucial test. Will you allow your neighbor to say, “It doesn’t matter; no one will stop them”? Or are you going to mobilize everyone you know, to make sure it sticks, and the people who put us on this very dangerous path are restrained, including by prison bars, so that they can never do it again?

The people who participated in that December 9, 2016 meeting are responsible for millions of dead and displaced human beings all over the world; let’s not let them off the hook!
