A closer look at the new EU sanctions against Russia reveals that the over-hyped European Commission and the foreign ministers of the EU member-nations who approved them, also plan measures against Chinese banks that have helped to circumvent sanctions and against Rosneft’s largest refinery in India. One cannot rule out that, if there is a sanctions package 19, the EU will target more BRICS countries in an attempt to undermine their business with Russia.
