The Egyptian Foreign Ministry issued a sharp condemnation on July 2 of the assertion made by Israeli Justice Minister Yariv Levin this week, that “the time has come” for Israel to annex the West Bank. Egypt’s semi-official daily Al Ahram reported the condemnation.
