Kellogg Arrives in Kiev for a Week of Meetings

Trump envoy Keith Kellogg has arrived in Kiev for discussions with President Zelenskyy and other Ukrainian leaders. Today, they discussed the recently proposed arms shipments to Europe by President Trump to help shore up Ukrainian defense capabilities. The Ukrainian government is also going through something of a revamping, because of its increasingly pressured military situation. The personnel changes that may be envisioned in the government lineup may also be a subject of discussion with the U.S. envoy. If Trump genuinely desires peace, he also has to bring a recalcitrant Ukrainian leadership, Zelenskyy in particular, on board any peace negotiations.
