The Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard met yesterday with the Department of Justice regarding their investigation of the possible criminal actions of individuals such as former President Barack Obama, ex-CIA head John Brennan, ex-FBI head James Comey, and ex-DNI James Clapper. Interviewed on Fox News yesterday, Gabbard characterized the investigatory team as serious and committed, that they are diving into the documentation she has provided, and that, beyond that, there is more evidence.
When Laura Ingraham asked about her claim that the evidence against Obama was “irrefutable,” Gabbard said to go look at the documents, as it’s all available for anyone to read. In a word, Obama called the National Security Council meeting, which tasked the intelligence community “per the President’s order” to create an intelligence assessment to document, not if, but how Russia interfered with the U.S. election. To reverse engineer that result, they turned to the Steele dossier, which they knew was both politically motivated and false.
Questioned about her strong charge of “treason,” she said, “Accountability.” She doesn’t know how else to characterize the situation when Obama, Brennan, and Comey all come together to create this lie, to delegitimize the duly elected President of the United States, because their favored candidate lost.
