German Airfighters Stationed in Poland, Against Russia

Germany has stationed five Eurofighter aircraft in Poland to forward-based positions against Russia. The aircraft, the first German ones there since 1945, have a range of 2,900 km and can therefore strike deep into Russian territory. Reporting this, RT’s German edition points to the fact that the German parliament has neither been informed nor asked for parliamentary approval for this affair—this being in line with a NATO fund, the Priority Ukraine Requirements List (PURL), from which the weapons destined for Ukraine are paid, bypassing the European parliaments and their budget rights. The war machine is, therefore, taking on a life of its own outside of any control.
