The Russian Ministry of Defense issued an alert that Kiev is preparing a provocation to disrupt the Russian-American negotiations scheduled for August 15.
“For this purpose, a group of foreign media journalists were brought by SBU [Ukrainian Security Service] vehicles to the city of Chuguyev in the Kharkov Region on Monday, August 11, under the cover of ‘preparing a series of reports about the residents of a city in the frontline zone,’” says the statement.
