Trump Wants Nuclear Agreement with Russia and China

U.S. President Donald Trump, during remarks to reporters while signing executive orders yesterday, expressed a desire to reach some kind of nuclear agreement with Russia and China. “We’re talking about limiting nuclear weapons. We’ll get China into that,” he said reported TASS. “We have the most [nuclear arms]. Russia has the second most, and China has third,” Trump noted. (Actually, Russia has the most—ed.) “We would like to denuclearize.” This is at least the second time he has made such a statement in recent weeks. What’s not clear is whether there’s any diplomatic work underway toward such an agreement.
