Commentators in mainstream media are caught stating that the West is not amused and noting that this SCO Summit is a meeting of two authoritarian leaders, Putin and Xi, unfortunately joined by Modi. Germany’s liberal weekly Die Zeit frets over the fact that “Putin and Xi signed 20 bilateral agreements.”
