New York City Mayor Abandons Reelection Bid

After a full-throated endorsement of war criminal Bibi Netanyahu’s raving UN speech, Eric Adams has finally abandoned the race for New York City Mayor.

According to Adams, he quit because of sabotage of his fundraising efforts, and media lies about his accomplishments, not because of a job offer from U.S. President Donald Trump, who has been calling on him and Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa to drop out for some time, in order to create better odds for former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, who is challenging the Democratic nominee Zohran Mamdani in November.

In an interview with Rev. Al Sharpton on MSNBC, Adams, in a not very subtle attack on Mamdani’s refusal to pledge to visit Israel if he wins, Adams says that the United Nations is located in New York, and of course the mayor has to be familiar with and engaged in international affairs. He then says: “I heard Netanyahu’s speech, and there were parts of it that was [sic] crucial. Hamas, the others, Hezbollah, all of these others, they’re not only calling for the destruction of the Jewish community; they’re calling for the destruction of America.”

When Sharpton pushed back a little on the genocide, asking, “When Netanyahu says he’s going to wipe out all the Palestinians, and you’re shaking hands with him, are you supporting that as well?” Adams responds, “Well, Hamas has killed a lot of people….”

Looks like Adams is working on his all-expenses-paid trip to a post in the Trump Administration.
