Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova addressed a press briefing on Friday, Sept. 12, regarding Denmark’s recent decision to establish a solid rocket fuel production facility for Ukraine’s long-range Flamingo cruise missiles. Fuel manufacturing is slated to begin in December, at a facility to be located near Skrydstrup Air Base in South Jutland, Denmark. It will be operated by the Ukrainian defense company Fire Point.
Zakharova said that since these missiles are “intended to strike deep inside Russia,” Denmark is acting as one of the “sponsors of the terrorist Kiev regime” by producing components for weapons to be used against civilians in Russia, RT reports.
