After his bold proposal of a “Trump-Putin Tunnel” across the Bering Sea, Kirill Dmitriev, the CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and Putin’s Special Presidential Envoy, will address “A Bold Program for a Transforming World” in Riyadh next week. The project would unite Russia and the U.S. in a needed expansion of the real economy, but would also directly involve Canada and China. China’s Vice President Han Zheng will be in attendance.
The announcement of the speakers at the Oct. 28-30 conference of the Future Investment Initiative stated: “Gathering the world’s foremost leaders, investors, innovators, and policymakers, FII9 will serve as a global platform to identify actionable solutions and forge new partnerships between governments and the private sector.”
