It is little known, but two days prior to U.S. President Donald Trump’s reaching out to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Oct. 16, Russian Ambassador Alexander Darchiev handed a letter from Putin to U.S. Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) for delivery to Trump. It was on the occasion of his handing over on Oct. 14 more than 380 pages of Russian material on the JFK assassination. According to Sputnik, Putin’s letter was “part of the additional investigation into the assassination of President Kennedy promised to the American public by President Trump....”

The early major surprise was the inclusion of a hand drawing of the “Kennedy-Khrushchev World Peace Bridge” to link the U.S. and Russia across the Bering Sea. The intriguing suggestion is that Kennedy’s interest in such a major project, along with what was already known about his campaigning for the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA), made him a threat to the de-industrializers of the world. It is not known what Trump made of the letter, yet he reached out to Putin two days later.
