The Pentagon has expanded the theater of operations of the Trump administration’s lawless so-called war on drugs to the Pacific Ocean. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said Oct. 22 that two “narco-terrorists” were killed in the U.S. military’s strike against an alleged drug boat in the Eastern Pacific, reported The Hill. He claimed that the vessel was operated by a designated terrorist organization—which he didn’t name—that was smuggling narcotics along a “known narco-trafficking transit route.”
