Italian Army corps Gen. Marco Bertolini, former commander of special forces and of numerous special operations in Lebanon, Somalia, Kosovo, and Afghanistan, believes that if Zelenskyy does not accept the so-called 28-point plan ("Trump’s peace plan"), Ukraine will be defeated and some European countries, led by the U.K., will turn it into an “Afghanistan.")
