U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth’s killing spree continues. On Nov. 10, Hegseth announced strikes in the eastern Pacific on two more boats, killing 6 more people. The tally is now 19 strikes killing at least 75 people.

At about the same time, reports emerged indicating that the Pentagon is sending troops to Panama for training in jungle warfare. The training program at Base Aeronaval Cristóbal Colón, formerly known as Fort Sherman, is relatively small in scope but is expected to ramp up over the next year, according to one defense official, reported ABC News. The program began earlier this year and is not intended to prepare troops for a potential mission, including inside Venezuela, the official said.
