Kiev Proclaims It Halted Peace Talks; Kremlin Says, Face Reality

The Times of London published a report on an interview it had conducted in Kiev with Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergiy Kyslytsya, the purpose of which was clearly to feed into the narrative that Vladimir Putin is a dictator who is not interested in peace. Kyslytsya is described as a “seasoned diplomat” and as “the diplomatic right hand to Zelenskyy’s powerful chief of staff, Andriy Yermak.”

According to The Times, the Russia-Ukraine peace talks have been abandoned by Kiev, because they yielded little progress, which Kyslytsya attributed to Putin “the dictator.”

TASS cited LIGA.net quoting Kyslytsya on this as follows: “Since the peace talks ended this year without significant progress, they were halted.”
