The Russian Interior Ministry announced the foiling of a Ukrainian-led terrorist plot in the Moscow Region. They arrested a Ukrainian intelligence agent in the process of delivering explosives for the operation.
“Officers from the Interior Ministry’s Center for Combating Extremism in the Moscow Region, together with colleagues from the Federal Security Service, have detained a 27-year-old resident of Volokolamsk suspected of preparing a terrorist attack,” Interior Ministry Spokeswoman Irina Volk said, TASS reported.
