U.S. Joint Chiefs Chairman Visits Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago

U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine, accompanied by his senior enlisted advisor David L. Isom, is in Puerto Rico over Nov. 24-25 to “engage” with U.S. troops on the island and thank them for their “outstanding support to regional missions,” reported The Hill. Caine’s office said the pair will also visit and thank sailors on ships for their “dedicated, unwavering service in the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility.”

The U.S. Embassy in Trinidad & Tobago also announced today that Caine will be in the country Nov. 25 to meet with Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar.
