EU Adds Swiss Commentator Jacques Baud to Sanctions List

Jacques Baud, former colonel in the Swiss army and currently an alternative news commentator, was added to the EU’s sanction list on Dec. 10, according to Radio Free Europe. The EU claimed that he was acting “as a mouthpiece for pro-Russian propaganda and making conspiracy theories, for example accusing Ukraine of orchestrating its own invasion in order to join NATO.”
