The EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas said out loud what is in her head about Russia. In attempting to prove that Russia is a natural aggressor, and that only by weakening it can the EU make it negotiate seriously, she revealed her view of the Soviet Union rolling back the Nazis in World War II:
“In the last 100 years, Russia has attacked more than 19 countries and some as many as three or four times. None of these countries has ever attacked Russia.”
