The EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas said out loud what is in her head about Russia. In attempting to prove that Russia is a natural aggressor, and that only by weakening it can the EU make it negotiate seriously, she revealed her view of the Soviet Union rolling back the Nazis in WWII:
“In the last 100 years, Russia has attacked more than 19 countries and some as many as three or four times. None of these countries has ever attacked Russia.”
