Reports emerged yesterday that the CIA struck a dock in Venezuela that was supposedly used to load drug trafficking boats and that this is what President Donald Trump was talking about in his comments on Dec. 26 and 29 regarding a U.S. ground strike in Venezuela. U.S. officials believe the dock was used by the Venezuelan transnational gang Tren de Aragua to store narcotics and prepare them to be shipped elsewhere via boats, reported The Hill, citing multiple news outlets. According to reports, no one was killed in the operation, as the dock was empty when the strike took place.
