Dmitriev Says, EU Leaders Themselves Destroyed EU’s Industries

Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special presidential envoy for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, accused the head of European Union diplomacy Kaja Callas and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen of having ruined Europe with their anti-Russian strategy: “Hardworking Ursula and Kaja—destroying EU industries together,” Dmitriev wrote on X.
