In an open letter published on X, Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán told the acting President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy that, while Kiev could expect ongoing supply of electricity and fuel from Hungary ("despite [Zelenskyy’s] carefully chosen insults"), Budapest “cannot support your war efforts.”
