Russian Ambassador Denounces Anglo-French

Russia’s Ambassador to London Andrey Kelin, speaking on the Rossiya-24 television channel, denounced the most recent seizure of a Russian tanker, on Jan. 23: “In this specific case of the tanker’s detention by the French, it was carried out with the participation of British reconnaissance ships.” Kelin said “this is very dangerous hooliganism,” however, it will likely continue.
