Gianandrea Gaiani, editor of the Italian military magazine Analisi Difesa, said European leaders deserve to be badly treated by U.S. President Donald Trump, because they are not caring for their nations. He was speaking on the Italian broadcast of “Il Contesto.”
“The harshest statements are made in Europe for the benefit of our domestic public opinion,” Gaiani noted. On his side, Trump “has taken a liking to treating us badly, to slapping us in the face, kicking us in the ass, call it what you will, in any case, ridiculing the European ruling class, which for the most part deserves nothing less. Let’s face it, because everything we are experiencing is the result of the huge mistakes made by two von der Leyen commissions and by European governments that are unworthy of representing the people of Europe in most cases. …
