UN Human Rights Agency Calls for Investigation of Kherson Drone Attack

The UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UN Human Rights) has called for an investigation into the New Year’s attack on a café in Kherson, reported TASS. “We are alarmed by reports of an attack on New Year’s Eve in Khorly, Kherson region, resulting in civilian casualties, including children, which raises questions about compliance with international humanitarian law,” said UN Human Rights said in an X statement on Jan. 2. “We urge prompt, impartial, and effective investigations,” the UN body added.
