China Says Nuclear Powers Must Observe Nuclear Non-Proliferation Obligations

There’s no mention in the Coalition of the Willing statement of Feb/ 24 whether the coalition is willing to supply the Kiev regime with some kind of nuclear capability as the Russian SVR Foreign Intelligence Service charged on Feb. 24. Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Mao Ning commented this morning that international obligations regarding nuclear non-proliferation must be strictly observed.
